TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read through our terms and conditions before placing an order, since you will agree to these conditions when placing your order.

• ORDERS

You need to be 18 years or older to order from Ecosphere. All orders are binding and all prices are in euros. Not all images reflects the products exact look and colours. All items for sale are in stock unless stated otherwise. The stock is updated constantly, but quick changes may occur and your chosen items might be sold out, even if this happens very rarely. If we are not able to deliver a specific item to you, we will ger in touch immediately.

Your personal information will never be given out to anyone else. Payments are made with PayPal.

• DELIVERY

The shipping cost within the EU is at the moment 10 euros, and for the rest of the world 20 euros. Your items will be shipped as soon as possible, but the delivery time will differ depending on where in the world you live. Within a week is usually the case in Europe, but can be up to two weeks for the rest of the world. All international customers are responsible for paying customs and duties within their own country. For information, we recommend you to contact your local customs office. 

If possible, Ecosphere will reuse boxes and other materials for the shipment.

• OTHER

Items that might be broken or otherwise faulty? Let us know immediately, and we will help you out. Faulty items will always need to be 'approved' by the specific brand before we can replace them.

• RETURNS

When buying from Ecosphere, you always have 14 days returns on all items. Within these 14 days from when your order is delivered, you need to email us about wanting to return one or more items. You as a customer are in charge of the shipment back to us, and you need to pay the return cost yourself. The returned products must be unused and in original condition, with tags etc still on them. When your return arrives to us, we will pay you back within 30 days.

• GDPR

Ecosphere follows the new EU law GDPR that means we will take full responsibility for protection you private information that we handle. All private information can only be reached by Ecosphere (and PayPal when you choose them as your payment option). The only information we handle on paper is name and address together with your ordered items, to be used for our accounting, but never any other information than this.

Name, address, email and phone number will be given to the logistics partner to be able to ship your order. The information we have that we save is only used to be able to carry out returns, refunds and other things that might be connected to your purchase.
